Official Rules

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of KWAVE, Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, sponsoring organizations, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. One entry per person, per giveaway, unless otherwise stated.

Each giveaway has a defined start and end date listed on its entry page. Entries received before the start date or after the end date will not be considered. KWAVE reserves the right to extend or shorten any contest period at its discretion.

Prizes are awarded as described on each individual giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. KWAVE and its sponsoring partners are not responsible for prize substitutions due to unavailability — prizes of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 business days following the giveaway end date. Selection methods include random drawing software or random.org. The decisions of KWAVE are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

Winners will be notified via the email address and phone number provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days of notification, or if a winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility before prize fulfillment.

Personal information collected during entry will be used solely for contest administration unless you opt in to additional KWAVE communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties outside the sponsoring organizations of a specific giveaway.

By entering, participants release KWAVE, its parent organization, sponsors, and their respective employees from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded. KWAVE is not responsible for entries lost, late, or misdirected due to technical issues.

KWAVE reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to have violated these rules, tampered with the entry process, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
